Starting 30 years ago, Clean Up Australia Day inspires and empowers communities all across the country to clean up, fix up and conserve our environment. 

A little closer to home, there's an event to help clean up our very own Lake Pertobe. The popular attraction is home to many different native species of plants and animals and keeping it clean goes a long way to making sure the ecosystem stays healthy.

If you're interested in helping to clean up the beautiful park at our backdoor, meet the clean up crew at SWTAFE's Gillies Street carpark at 11:30am on Tuesday March 2.
