In the early hours of Monday morning, Warrnambool Police observed a black Ford Territory travelling slowly along Raglan Parade.

The driver, who held a P2 probationary license, was pulled over by police and allegedly returned a positive evidentiary breath test of 0.092.

The 25 year old driver had his license immediately suspended and will be summonsed to appear at court at a later date for drink driving and other licence condition offences.

Police ask drivers to take more care on our roads after a number of incidents on rural roads over the last few days.
